PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cylinder for making paper to hardly curl.;SOLUTION: A cylinder mold 20 constituting the basic skeleton of the cylindrical cylinder of a cylinder paper machine has a large number of plate-like flow regulating plates 24 in parallel with the arrangement direction of the central shaft 21 of the cylindrical cylinder at the outer peripheral edge of the mold. The flow regulating plates 24 are long and narrow plate materials having approximately the same length as that of the cylindrical cylinder, inscribed in a flat ring 25, the plate width directions of the flow regulating plates 24 face the radial direction of the cylinder mold 20 and sides positioned at the outer peripheral sides of the flow regulating plates 24 are fixed to the cylinder mold 20 with a slanting angle so that the sides are positioned at the rotation direction (anticlockwise direction in the figure) side of the cylindrical cylinder relatively to sides positioned at the inner peripheral sides.
