PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to supply DC voltage to a traction system from various kinds of AC or DC voltage by using a common converter. ;SOLUTION: A first power supply element 8A and second power supply element 8B connected to a power line 9 supply power to the power supply device for a traction system C.
