PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident situation recording device to output accurate and objective traveling situation of a vehicle in order to diagnose negligence at the time of occurring of an automobile accident. PSOLUTION: The accident situation recording device 10 which records the traveling situation of the vehicle in order to diagnose the negligence at the time of occurring of the automobile accident, is equipped with a positioning part 12 measuring the position of the automobile, a recording part 14 which records the history of the position measured with the positioning part 12 as the traveling situation of the automobile, an accident detection part 18 detecting the automobile accident, a record stopping part 16 which stops the record of the traveling situation to the recording part 14 when the accident detection part 18 detects the automobile accident, and a situation output part 20 which outputs the recorded traveling situation to a negligence diagnosis server 50 so as to make the negligence diagnosis server 50 diagnose the negligence of the accident.
