PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the fluctuations in the heart beats with higher accuracy by minimizing the mixture of noises with an easier designing of the low-pass filters.;SOLUTION: The heart beat signals indicating the heart beats of a subject are calculated by a heart beat signal calculation means 12 from the electrocardiographic information and the respiration signals reflecting the respiring condition of the subject are computed by a respiration signal computation means 13 from the heart beat signals.
