PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer emulsion for cement mortar which has excellent extension and resistance to efflorescence, is free from sticky feeling after being coated, and exhibits durability for a long time, and to provide the cement mortar in which the polymer emulsion is blended. PSOLUTION: The polymer emulsion for the cement mortar contains, as a main ingredient, ethylene-vinyl ester-based polymer emulsion (A) obtained by emulsion polymerization using a protective colloid and an ethylene-vinyl ester- based copolymer elusion (B) and/or an acrylic polymer emulsion (C), obtained by emulsion polymerization using a nonionic surfactant.
