PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording device which prevents data from leaking by encrypting data and recording the encrypted data to a disk, a data reproducing device, a data recording/reproducing device, a data recording method, a data reproducing method, data recording/reproducing method, a data recording program, a data reproducing program, and a data recording/reproducing program.;SOLUTION: The intrinsic information (hereinafter referred to as a password) of the disk recorded in the BCA region and user data, such as confidential information for business use, are encrypted by the optional password that a user inputs the user data for business use etc., that the user inputs the user data as the data for office use (hereinafter referred to as an input password) and the encrypted data are recorded to the optical disk. The data are encrypted by associating the same with the BCA data and therefore, even if the encrypted password and the encrypted user data are copied in whole to another optical disk, the BCA data are different from that of another optical disk. Accordingly, even if the password is known, the formation of the legitimate decryption key is not possible depending upon the BCA data of the another optical disk and the password and therefore, the normal decryption of the recorded and encrypted user data does not occur.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
