PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reverse flow of hot-water or water, poured through a hot-water pouring pipe, into a bath water heating heat exchanger to permit the pouring of water or hot-water having a set temperature and improve the utility as well as economical property of a bath boiler, by a method wherein an opening and closing valve on the half-way of the hot-water pouring pipe is opened and, simultaneously, a circulating pump is driven. ;SOLUTION: When a hot-water pouring switch 17 or a water pouring switch 18 in an operating unit 16 is put on, an opening and closing valve 12 is opened and, simultaneously, a circulating pump 5 is driven to start hot-water pouring into a bathtub 6 through a hot-water pouring pipe 9. In this case, a water amount detecting sensor 10 starts the count of the amount of poured hot-water and when the amount of the same has arrived at a set value, the opening and closing valve 12 is closed and, at the same time, the circulating pump 5 is stopped. In this case, a pouring temperature is controlled by a control unit 15, based on the rate of mixing of hot-water heated by a hot-water supplying heat exchanger 3 and the water from a water supplying pipe 13 which are mixed through a mixing valve 14, and the set temperature of a temperature setting switch 19 as well as a detecting temperature of a how water-pouring temperature sensor 21 or the like whereby hot-water having the set temperature can be poured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
