PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously provide an estimation for a request of a customer, and an SE, hardware and software optimum for constructing a system within a budget, by automatic selection, in making plan of a new project, and to arrange a schedule for the SE in charge.;SOLUTION: This method/system has: a calculation part 15 for calculating retrieval conditions for a skill necessary in the new project, a development scale, a development period, an SE section, the hardware, and the software, based on an input from a mobile PC 20, referring to SE resource related information 11, SE schedule related information 12, hardware related information 13, and software related information 14; a calculation processing part 16 for calculating the required budget; an output part 17 for an estimation sheet for notifying a calculated result to the mobile PC 20 for business, and a user notification part 18 for notification by an E-mail to the selected SE (target person 40) or a supervisor 50 via an E-mail server or a schedule server 30, or for approval/rejection thereby, arranging a schedule by the schedule server 30, or the the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
