PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reducing amount of harmful materials exhausted in producing carbonized matters by treating combustible materials, a method for producing the carbonized matters, a carbonizing agent for assisting carbonization of the combustible materials and reducing the amount of harmful materials exhausted in producing the carbonized matter by heat treatment and the carbonized matters suppressed in elusion of the harmful materials.;SOLUTION: The apparatus has a first combustion chamber 3, a first heating device 4 for heating the first combustion chamber 3 from outside, a second combustion chamber 5 to which a material to be heated already heated in the first combustion chamber 3 is automatically fed and a second heating device 6 for heating the second combustion chamber 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
