PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systematically evaluate the quality of network communication services using audio media and video media. PSOLUTION: A mental score estimation section 2 estimate mental scores representing levels of impressions that a user has from the communication services by specified mental factors constituting the impressions respectively based upon respective quality parameters recorded in a parameter recording section 1, and a satisfaction level estimation section 3 estimates the level of satisfaction with the communication services that the user has according to the linear sum of the respective estimated scores.
