PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hjghly reliably evaluate and detect a selfish node and its communicating direction on the basis of the communication of an object node so as to impose the punishment for annoying the selfish node.;SOLUTION: This selfish node detection node is provided with: a packet monitoring part 31 which classifies and judges packets from the adjacent nodes as object nodes for monitoring into transmission packets transmitted by the object nodes for monitoring and relay packets relayed by the object nodes for monitoring; and a node judgment part 32 which integrates the number of transmission packets and the number of relay packets according to classification judgment of the packet monitoring part, respectively, calculates predetermined ratio between the integrated number of transmission packets and the integrated number of relay packets, compares the predetermined calculated ratio with a predetermined value to detect the object node for monitoring as the selfish node in nodes in a network constituted by connecting many nodes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
