PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for nitrogen trifluoride gas without occurrence of nickel complex sludge in the electrolytic bath. ;SOLUTION: In the production of nitrogen trifluoride gas in which nickel is used as an anode and ammonium fluoride (NH4F)-hydrogen fluoride(HF) molten salt as an electrolyte, the electrolyte including nickel components are taken out of the electrolytic bath before nickel complex sludge precipitates out and the remaining electrolyte is brought back to the electrolytic bath after the separation of a part of nickel component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
