PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a healthy effect of a blowgun dart such as prophylaxis of a disease in visceral organs as an effect of abdominal respiration, and an effect to anorexia, insufficient sleep, a stress, a constipation or the like, and effects of increasing muscle force and immunopower by increasing a motor function of the upper half of the body in addition thereto, to provide, in particular, a toy for the aged, a physically handicapped person, an infant or the like estrangled from movement and sports, to strengthen spiritual strength as a target game concentration power, as movement for a person on a wheel chair or the like, and to allow a sport by a single person and a sport by a plurality of persons.;SOLUTION: Only a function as an arrow is provided in a conventional blowgun dart, because the arrow is only one component for striking only a target, in particular, a throw (dart) function accompanies a risk not to be suitable for the person requiring the movement such as the aged, the physically handicapped person, the infant or the like, because a tip of the arrow is constituted of a needle, a suction pad or the like and is light-structured.
