PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article whose surface of a base material having irregularity and a film exerts excellent adhesion resistance, antifouling and oil-repellent characteristics against external substances.;SOLUTION: Ceramic particles 2 are fixed on the surface of the base material 1 as evenly as possible or at a desired distribution density by nickel-with-a-fluorocarbon-resin plating while fuluorocarbon resin particles in the nickel film with the fluorocarbon resin 3 are simultaneously fixed, the base material 1 consisting of a substance selected from metals such as a stainless steel and a similar substance capable of plating such as nickel-with-the-fuluorocarbon-resin plating. Abrasion resistance, releasing property (lubricity) and conductivity are simultaneously obtained since top parts of the ceramic particles 2 protrude on the surface of the nickel film with the fluorocarbon resin 3 at an appropriate density to form an appropriate irregularity.
