PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional karaoke-machine remote control unit that enables reservations by specifying members of a group. PSOLUTION: Provided is the multifunctional karaoke-machine remote control unit which is equipped with a user interface which presents various information to a user and recognizes information that the user inputs in relation to the presented information, a musical piece index database which collects and manages property information of many karaoke musical pieces, a member table in which individual karaoke meeting participants, individual identification codes, and individual identification emblems are made to correspond to one another, and a radio transmitter, and performs a musical performance reservation processing of: registering the individual identification emblems made to correspond to the individual identification codes in the member table; deleting the registered individual identification codes and individual identification emblems; retrieving user's desired music from the musical piece index database; listing the individual identification emblems registered in the member table on the user interface and urging choice input specifying one of the individual identification emblems when the desired music is specified; and outputting a musical performance reservation signal including the identification code of the specified desired music and the individual identification code corresponding to the specified individual identification emblem from the radio transmitter.
