摘要

The decoder which decodes the picture of the input video stream (10, 100 and 1000), original picture quality in order to improve, after the video encoding, it possesses the noise generator which adds the dither signal which includes random noise to the picture. The noise generator adds noise of the quantity which it is related to the addition noise of the pixel of the picture before to each pixel. The picture where the picture before, the picture which is already indicated (it is plugged, already is added noise and is decoded) or it is either of the pictures which are already decoded.
