PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route formulating method capable of responding to a request by a user with less time and labor, efficiently deciding a destination possible to visit, and raising the rate of operation in visiting. PSOLUTION: This route formulating method for formulating a route to users has a user information management process for managing the user information having a coordinate value obtained by mapping positions, wherein the users live, on a coordinate, of which unit on a vertical axis and a lateral axis are freely set, a retrieving process for retrieving a destination spirally in grid on the basis of the coordinate value of the user information, and a user deciding process for deciding a user as a destination of visiting at the shortest distance on the basis of a result of retrieval by a retrieving procedure.
