PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a duplication switching time and to simplify complex credit management by adopting flow control on a credit base at a part needing duplication control in a duplication control method of data communication equipment using a crossbar switch.;SOLUTION: When a system switching instruction of an operating system/a standby system is notified, packet transmission is once stopped, a credit control part issues a credit clear command independently, and a flow to which the credit clear command is issued is first allowed to perform packet transmission. A traffic manager does not manage data transmission to both systems but manages data transmission only to the operating system.
