PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitumor activator which reinforces the antitumor activity of a component derived from the liquid culture of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia. PSOLUTION: (1) The antitumor activator comprises both a component derived from the liquid culture of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia and vitamin C. (2) The antitumor activator of (1) has a culture fluid of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia as the component derived from the liquid culture of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia. (3) The antitumor activator of (2) has a hot water extract of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia as the component derived from the liquid culture of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelia.
