PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method by which communication under environment that a plurality of terminals are connected is performed at low cost and in short communication time, an information processor to be used for it and a recording medium in which its program is stored regarding a communication right determination method for performing communication between a host computer and the plurality of terminals, the information processor to be used for it and the recording medium in which its program is stored.;SOLUTION: In each terminal, response time from reception of polling data from a host to transmission of response data is set based on connection request time, the response time is transmitted to the host by imparting it to the response data as recognition information of the terminal after elapse of the response time, the host sets the recognition information of the terminal so that values become different by every terminal based on the response time imparted to the received response data, broadcasts the recognition information to the plurality of terminals by imparting it to connection confirmation data and transmits the recognition information imparted to the response data which is received first among pieces of response data received from the terminal to the plurality of terminals by imparting it to communication confirmation information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
