PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maintenance and management load of routing information for performing packet communication in a network where a relay node is relatively moved to a terminal such as a global low orbit communication satellite.;SOLUTION: A relay node hands over its own routing information to a following relay node in the advancing direction (113). When carrying out the update of the relation of a destination station 101 and the relay node directly communicating with the destination station 101 to be performed according as the relay node moves, it is reported that the update of the relay node, so called, a service station (SS) has been performed to the relay node adjacent to the SS, and the transfer route of those relay nodes to the destination is defined as the route where the report has reached (114).
