PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a climbing device and construction method capable of safely performing the construction work of a wind power generator. The tower body structure and the generator are sequentially assembled, and then blades are lifted being hung from the gate type frame, and is transversely carried in by the transverse truck 10 and is assembled.
