PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clogging prevention apparatus for a water collecting pipe for ground water removal facility which has reduced sizes as well as surely forming a syphon.;SOLUTION: The water collecting pipe 2 for ground water removal facility having strainers 4 drilled therein is embedded in a downwardly inclined posture, and discharges from a discharging port at a lower end the ground water collected in the pipe through the strainers 4. The clogging prevention apparatus has a first extension pipe 7 having a flow path connected with the discharging port of the water collecting pipe 2 and storing the ground water from the water collecting pipe 2 in a position lower than the discharging port and a siphon flow path formed on the downstream side of the flow path, and a second extension pipe 9 storing the ground water and inducing siphon formation of the first extension pipe 7 by discharging the stored ground water. The second extension pipe 9 has a storage tank 21 and a pipe body 6g which can be raised on the downstream side of the storage tank. One end of an air vent pipe 22 is connected with a top part 6d of the siphon flow path formed in the first extension pipe 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
