PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance consumer's eagerness to buy environmental fuel by evaluating the consumer's environmental contribution. PSOLUTION: In the system for quantifying an amount of emission of environmental effect objects, such as carbon dioxide exhausted from fuel production, and managing its information, the amount of emission of the environmental effect objects or unit requirements of the environmental effect objects is quantified from an amount of raw materials different in environmental load factor, such as carbon dioxide emission unit requirements, or an amount of fuel, or a product, obtained when the fuel is produced by using processes different in fuel production efficiency. In circulating the products directly or mixed with products obtained in other processes, the amount of emission of the environmental effect objects of the circulated products is totalized and the amount of environmental load equivalent to the products to be sold to the consumer at a fuel shop is quantified.
