Topic The technology which executes location service in the radio communication system is offered.SolutionsThe device and related method in order to make the execution of location service easy in the radio communication system. When location service is started, warning is put out to network based entity, vis-a-vis the start of service. Network based entity, following to location service, draws up message in order to inquire the network based information which makes the location judgment of the mobile station easy. When obtaining information, information is transferred to the mobile station. This information is used with the mobile station in order to make the execution of location service easy.
