This invention offers the system which promotes the effective utilization of bandwidth in EPON. The said system the central node and includes 1 remote nodes at least. The down stream data from the central node is broadcast in the remote node via the passive optical coupler. The rise stream data from the remote node is transmitted with uni- cast system to the central node via the passive optical coupler. The said system first, selects the common multiple cast LLID which represents the many remote node which forms the multiple cast group. When receiving the multiple cast message of the multiple cast group going, the said system broadcasts transmits the said message in the down stream with multiple cast LLID vis-a-vis the multiple cast group, each remote node which belongs to the multiple cast group, makes that said message is received with matching the multiple cast LLID possible.
