PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention operation plan support system in which latent degree of risk of disaster occurrence in each of areas is presented as objectively and quantitatively evaluated evaluation information when planning disaster prevention operations and further, regarding spots in each of which measures to counter disasters are taken, how much the latent degree of risk is reduced before and after taking the measures is quantitatively determined and provided, thereby performing total degree of risk evaluation.;SOLUTION: A disaster prevention operation plan support system includes an information input device, an information storage device, an information computing device, and an information output device. A determination boundary face separating disaster occurrence and non-occurrence results from using factor data relating to disaster occurrence in each of areas and disaster occurrence and non-occurrence result data and the determination boundary face is defined as a reference, a degree of risk of disaster occurrence in a certain area is computed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
