PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a signal modulated by using many subcarriers is demodulated by constituting a narrow-band digital filter, the number of stages increases to require a long time for analysis, a transmission speed does not increase, and a large circuit scale is needed. PSOLUTION: When modulating circuit operation is regarded as multiplication of a trigonometric function value matrix of the respective subcarriers and a modulated data matrix and DA conversion, and states by samplings are represented as linear simultaneous equations and then a demodulated data series can be obtained for the demodulation by solving the simultaneous equations including the AD-converted data as a modulation output and the modulated data series as an unknown. Consequently, the demodulated data series can be obtained with a relatively small number of subcarriers and a small number of samplings and phase amplitude correction is made by actualizing faster operation of DA and AD converters for an increase in the number of over-samplings on the basis of an increase in transmission speed and reduction of the circuit scale.
