PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of a precast concrete (PC) panel zone and the number of man-hours for the PC panel zone, reduce the amount of grout to be injected, and improve working efficiency during the injection of the grout.;SOLUTION: In a construction method for joining the PC panel zone (1) with a lower column member, the panel zone (1), through which a reinforcement inserting hole (3) passes in a vertical direction, is erected on a concrete column member (10), from which a main reinforcement (11) is protruded upward, via a spacer (12) in such a manner that the main reinforcement (11) is inserted into the hole (3); grout fixing (13) is applied to an outer peripheral part of a joint space between the panel zone (1) and the column member (10), which is formed by using the spacer (12); and after that, the grout (G) is simultaneously injected into the joint space and a gap between the hole (3) and the main reinforcement (11) in one process, so that the panel zone (1) and the lower column member can be integrally joined together.
