PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film magnetic head wiring member capable of measuring electric characteristics without increasing parasitic capacitance and parasitic inductance at a high frequency, an HGA, an HGA inspection method, and an HGA manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: This thin-film magnetic head wiring member is provided with a plurality of head element pads for connecting a thin-film magnetic head element to a plurality of terminal electrodes, a plurality of external connection pads for external connection, a plurality of lead conductors, whose ends are connected to the plurality of head element connection pads and whose other ends are connected to the plurality of external connection pads, and at least a pair of test connection pads arranged so as to be electrically short-circuited temporarily with at least a pair of lead conductors of the plurality of lead conductors.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
