PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion-polymerized resin capable of forming a coating film having excellent long-term weatherability, concretely, excellent gloss-retention, cracking resistance, yellowing resistance, water resistance, etc.;SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion is a dispersion of a polymer obtained by multi-stage emulsion polymerization of a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer.
