WASH WATER REUSING DEVICE AND WASH WATER REUSING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash water reusing device which reuses water once used in an industrial washing work, and to provide a wash water reusing method. PSOLUTION: The wash water reusing device is provided with a treatment tank 11 which stores therein water used in a primary rinsing step out of the water used in an industrial washing machine 1. The treatment tank 1 is comprised of an aluminum electrode unit 13 for electrolyzing the stored water, and a micro-bubble ejection port 15 for generating micro-bubbles to accelerate coagulation and precipitation of impurities. The wash water reusing device is also provided with a water storage tank 12 for storing therein water treated in the treatment tank 11, which is comprised of an ozone ejection port 17 for decoloring and deodorizing the stored water. Then the water stored in the water storage tank 12 is pumped up by a pump 22 and supplied via a return pipe 23 to the industrial washing machine 1. The return pipe 23 has an electrolytic hypochlorous acid generator 24 arranged therein, for sterilizing the water. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
