PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve both the holding and electrical connection issues of an optoelectronic component, while ensuring flexibility of circuit shape and simplifying packaging process.;SOLUTION: A contact arm 6 of a metal cluster 3 secured to a body is formed of a resilient material, and electrical contact is made between an LED 1 and an electrode located below.
