PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clearance and looseness in a fastening part and to reliably fasten a component attached to an FRP member with the usage of a bolt regardless of variation of thickness or poorness of surface roughness of the FRP member in fastening the component attached to the FRP member with the usage of the bolt even when the high load is applied to the fastening part of the component.;SOLUTION: The fastening structure of the component 2 to the FRP member 1 for fastening the component 2 attached to the FRP member 1 with the usage of the bolt 3 through a hole part 1a provided in the FRP member 1 and a bolt hole 2a provided in the component 2 is equipped with a nut body 4 having a pressure surface 4a and a nut part 4b protruded from the pressure surface 4a, and a bolt body 5 having a pressure surface 5a and a bolt part 5b protruded prom the pressure surface 5a.
