As for the electric optical structure, the water emulsion or the sensor material of solvent type, desirably it is constituted the polymer dispersed liquid crystal of solvent type (PDLC), under condition of the solvent evaporation which is controlled by spin coating doing on the baseplate. At the time of processing the specification, uniformity of PDLC coating (1) spin coating inside the semi- airtightness chamber, (2) is achieved conversion to the circular baseplate of the rectangular baseplate by using fitting, (3) formation of control possible interval with the baseplate and the supinkota upper cover, (4) by control possible evaporation rate.
