PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for connecting phones at a designated time by calling a caller communication terminal and a called party communication terminal so as to make communication between both communication terminals when a pre-designated time comes.;SOLUTION: In the system for connecting phones at a designated time wherein an exchange placed at an information providing site, a server placed in a center in the providing site and connected to the exchange, a management database placed in the center in the information providing site and connected to the server, and a plurality of communication terminals making data transmission/reception with the management database are interconnected via a network, a caller communication terminal registers a call date and time and a telephone number of the called party communication terminal for receiving a call and making a speech with the caller terminal to the management database, and the exchange calls the caller communication terminal and the called party communication terminal almost at the same time to attain a speech between both communication terminals when a current time reaches the time registered in the management database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
