PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit of a radar device capable of wholly uniforming oscillating frequencies of high frequency oscillators arranged in a plurality to generate transmission signals and local signals without reducing output of the transmission signals supplied to an antenna and capable of being formed into an MMIC(monolithic microwave integrated circuit).;SOLUTION: The transmission parts 12a to 12c for generating transmission signals S sent out as a radar wave have respectively high frequency oscillators OSC, and are constituted so that a reference signal F generated by the reference signal generating part 16 is fed to the respective high frequency oscillators OSC through a common transmission line CL and directional couplers DJ1 to DJ3. Since the respective transmission signals S are respectively generated by the exclusive high frequency oscillators OSC, even if a high frequency circuit is formed into an MMIC, sufficient signal strength can be secured, and since both the respective transmission signals S become the same frequency as the reference signal F by an injection lock of the high frequency oscillators OSC fed with the reference signal F, uniform detecting accuracy can be obtained even in any transmission part 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
