PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for informing an important message from a command console to a mobile station operating in a direct communication mode.;SOLUTION: A base station transmits a down wave carrier by imparting information bits for showing information of the important message and a mobile station number ID to a message. The mobile station refers to the information bits and the mobile station number from the received down wave carrier. When the down message is an important message and the mobile station number coincides with a self station ID, the mobile station transfers the received message onto a direct communication carrier f3 and transmits it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
