PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer and a sterilization method capable of sterilizing with high precision without fluctuation resulting in a uniform sterilization condition for every product. ;SOLUTION: The continuous autoclave sterilizer 1 consists of a temperature raising chamber 2, an autoclave chamber 3 and a cooling chamber 4, and is provided with an automatic valve 5 for chamber between an inlet 10 and the temperature raising chamber 2, and automatic valve 6 for chamber between the temperature raising chamber 2 and the autoclave chamber 3, an automatic valve 7 for chamber between the autoclave chamber 3 and the cooling chamber 4, and an automatic valve 8 for chamber between the cooling chamber 4 and an outlet 11. A hot water supply means is connected with the temperature raising chamber 2 and the autoclave chamber 3, a supply means and a recovery means of cold water are connected with the cooling chamber 4, a hot water recovery means is connected with the temperature raising chamber 2 and the cooling chamber 4, recovered cold water and hot water are heated again by heating means, and hot water is supplied to the temperature raising chamber 2 and the autoclave chamber 3 by this hot water supply means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
