PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit articles with little labor in a short time and to transmit them, to a newspaper publishing company or the like quickly and surely.;SOLUTION: A personal computer 10 converts added processing information ("MEMO:" and "MAIL*") and information on the newspaper article 90 into the two-dimensional bar-code 50 and performs processing to display the two-dimensional bar-code 50 onto a screen display part 10a. The mobile telephone set 20 is provided with a decoding means for photographing the displayed two-dimensional bar-code 50 and decoding it into the information on the newspaper article 90 and the processing information ("MEMO:" and "MAIL:"); an article editing means for editing the newspaper article 90 in accordance with operation of an input operation part 20b of the mobile telephone set 20 on the basis of the content of the decoded processing information ("MEMO:" and "MAIL:") when the newspaper article 90 is displayed to an article edition picture; and a transmission means for transmitting the newspaper article 90 to an article receiving system 31 in accordance with the operation of the input operation part 20b of the mobile telephone set 20 when an article is displayed to an article transmission picture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
