PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bulking treatment equipment of acrylic fibers for the bulking treatment of the acrylic fiber which has been drawn and heat treated after spinning or crimped and heat treated after the drawing and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: An acrylic fiber toe 1 is drawn in an atmosphere of normal pressure steam by drawing machine 2 and steam conditioner 5 and cooled to about 70-100°C by a first cooling means (4a-4c, 7, 6a, 6b) and crimping is imparted to the acrylic fiber toe 1 by crimping apparatus 6.
