PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the customer gathering power of a store where an informa tion providing device and a merchandise sales data processor more attractive to customers are installed by providing utilization of the devices to the customers.;SOLUTION: When a display using command is included in a transmission command transmitted from a portable terminal 201 fetched through a radio module in equipment 101 such as a POS terminal provided with the radio module realizing the transmission and reception of information by radio between with the terminal 201 to display various kinds of information on a display 102, the display 102 can be controlled from the terminal 201 having transmitted the display using command and the using right of the display 102 is lent to the terminal 201.
