PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio channel access method for time division mobile communication system, in which data communication and voice communication are efficiently performed satisfying the communication quality. ;SOLUTION: Concerning the access method where a time division communication system and a burst access communication system coexist, when a base station changes the configuration (S1) in the case of changing the configuration of a communication channel based on the contents of information and reporting that change from the base station to a mobile station, communication channel frame constitution information is updated, change timing is calculated (S2), further, differential information and change timing is calculated (S3) and this information is reported to the mobile station (S4).
