PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant path establishment system capable of establishing a redundant path at a high speed.;SOLUTION: The redundant path establishment system includes: two user node apparatuses connected to a backbone network; node apparatuses; and an address information management apparatus, one of the user node apparatuses generates redundant path information including link addresses denoting each of links whereby the one apparatus connects the other user node apparatus and the backbone network, transmits the generated redundant path information to the node apparatuses, and each node apparatus acquires a termination address denoting the address of a node apparatus being the termination address of each path in the backbone network from the address information management apparatus when each node apparatus discriminates itself to be a main node for establishing a redundant path on the basis of the received redundant path information, calculates the routing of the redundant path on the basis of the acquired termination address and establishes each path almost at the same time under the leadership of the main node.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
