PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio access network by which cell information can be easily and surely set to a control plane processor and a user plane processor which are obtained by separating a radio controller.;SOLUTION: The control plane processor 11 preliminarily holds the cell information to be shared with each subordinate user plane processor 121-12N. The user plane processors 12₁-12_N request the cell information to the control plane processor 11, for example, in a starting mode.
