PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pass formation pipe member capable of easily forming a water pass in which underground water flows without need of a special design and use of a stopper plate or the like and a water pass forming method of a underground continuous wall having a water pass and its forming method.;SOLUTION: The water pass formation pipe member is formed of a set of pipe members 4, 4 having curved parts 2, 2 curved in mutually opposite directions ( mutually symmetric shapes) in the lower end and having vertically rising straight line parts 3A, 3A at the upper end of the curved parts 2, 2 and a horizontal pipe member 5 connected between the curved parts 2, 2 of both pipe members 4, 4. Upper ends (ground surface side) and lower ends (underground side) of pipe members 4, 4 are both opened, and both ends of the pipe member 5 are connected to the curved parts 2, 2.
