PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FM receiver measuring system and FM receiver measuring method measuring characteristics of an FM receiver even with any tolerable frequency band of the input signal to the FM receiver. PSOLUTION: The FM receiver measuring system measures characteristics of an FM receiver 15 which is to be measured, in which the FM-modulated electric signal is inputted and the electric signal is FM-demodulated and outputted. The system comprises a first oscillator 11 which oscillates electric signal 50 of specified frequency and outputs it, a second oscillator 12 which oscillates electric signal 51 of specified frequency that is different from the electric signal 51 outputted by the first oscillator and outputs it, a signal outputting means 30 which selects the electric signal outputted from the first oscillator and that outputted from the second oscillator by at least once and outputs to the FM receiver to be measured, and a waveform measuring instrument 16 which measures amplitude of delay amount of the electric signal outputted from the FM receiver to be measured.
