The method schedule of doing the down link with the frame and data bursting of uplink is offered for communicating with node bureau and the plural access terminals which include the plural half duplex terminals. As for the method, in the present frame which has the down link section and the uplink section, concerning each access terminal it possesses the process which allots Tx bursting in the uplink section of the frame as for Tx bursting of the aforementioned each access terminal, it starts at time after the start time in the down link section of the Rx data which corresponds in the aforementioned uplink section, that start time is delayed just duration of the aforementioned Rx data.
