PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction steel pipe member, making back-filling work easy and inexpensive and allowing an interval between steel pipes to be adjusted, and a construction method therefor.;SOLUTION: A first joint 12C of one construction steel pipe member 10C and a second joint of the other construction steel pipe member are fitted into each other so as to constitute the two construction steel pipe members in a connectable manner, open an internal communication hole 11a for permitting the in-leg space 12k of the first leg part 12C to communicate with the inside of a steel pipe 11C, open a plurality of external communication holes 12h for allowing the in-leg space 12k to communicate with the outside thereof, close both opened ends of the in-leg space 12k with a closing member 21, and inject grout G into ground through the communication holes 11a and 12h.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
