The actuator which is used for the emergency stop device of the elevator has had with the electromagnetic coil which makes the moving element displace the displacement possible moving element, with electrification with the actuated position which operates the emergency stop device of the elevator and usually the position where operation of the above-mentioned emergency stop device is cancelled. The operational survey instrument of the actuator usually has had the feeder circuit which supplies the electrification quantity of the semi- operation which is smaller than the electrification quantity of the complete operation which makes the moving element displace to the electromagnetic coil from position to actuated position.
